Our healthy bodies naturally vibrate between 62-78mHz. When our vibration reduces (for example during stressful periods of our lives) we are more susceptible to illness and disease. We can raise our vibration by doing certain things. One of them is using sound. We know that there are certain frequencies, known as Solfeggio frequencies, that will help- for example 174Hz reduces pain and stress. We have cells in our bodies that are piezoelectric and convert sound to electricity (and vice versa) these help change the way our body is feeling. 

I have a large array of instruments- from Planetary Gongs, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Various Chimes, Rain sticks and Tuning Forks- all specifically made with specific frequencies in mind for well being which my client's body chooses if needed as part of their healing journey.
