The first of 4 modules of Touch For Health Foundation. Touch for Health Kinesiology was designed for everyone- so that it could be shared throughout the world, not just for professional therapists, so anyone can do this course! This is a two day course and it is easy to understand. There are plenty of practical elements for you to learn and experience how our body responds. You will learn: How to muscle test using an indicator muscle How to do a 14 muscle balance How to set a goal to balance How to rebalance emotions and reduce emotional stress And much more! You will also receive a Touch for Health Handbook and have plenty of balances!
