Immerse yourself into a weekend of bliss at our “Heal the Healer” weekend retreat. Hosted by Chetna ( from Aatma Holistic) and Zoe (Tranquil Body Balance). A chance for those who spend their working lives looking after others for this blissful weekend. Held at Dev Aura “House of Light”, which is a beautifully restored country rectory and the home of the Aura Soma Academy. It is set on acres of land with a hugging tree, meditation sanctuary and various nature-nooks for contemplation and peace. The rectory has a stunning conservatory with incredible crystals where we will hold the workshops and connect with the gentle restoring vibrations for the weekend. Seasonal vegetarian meals are made with bio-dynamically grown vegetables/ herbs from neighbouring organic farms. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and refreshments throughout the day are all-inclusive. Dietary restrictions can be catered for. This retreat is available to holistic practitioners of all disciplines and is an opportunity to gather and connect with like-minded souls in a nurturing space. SATURDAY - 7am Meditation, 7.30am Yoga, 8am Breakfast, 9.30am Cacao Ceremony & Womb Blessing 11am Tea Break, 11.30am Channelling Creative Art, 1pm Lunch, 2.30pm Creating Crystal Grids 4pm Tea Break, 4.30pm Healing Exchanges/Free Time, 7pm Dinner, 8.30pm Crystal Bowls Sound Bath with Light Language.
