Welcome to Tranquil Body Balance!

How can I help you?

 

I work with clients who have lost sight of themselves through the busy-ness of life. I gently support them to rediscover who they are, allowing them to find their own natural equilibrium- so that they can let go of anxieties and stresses, and welcome stability, calm and peace.

Additionally, I teach evidence based sound, energy and Touch for Health Kinesiology courses for those wanting personal or professional growth, allowing them to deepen their understanding and tool kit. 

A little bit about the founder of Tranquil Body Balance

My name is Zoe. I am an experienced sound and energy practitioner and teacher offering private one to one sessions for those wanting to feel balanced, stress free and peaceful, and offering courses for those interested in developing their own skills within energy and sound healing.  

Private sessions combine all of my expertise and knowledge (20 years nursing and many complementary therapies qualifications) which this enables clients to feel lighter and calm, and feel transformed.

I also run sound bath meditations and women's circles once a month, allowing individuals to gather and feel nurtured and supported by sound and meditation.

Teaching allows me to share the valuable evidence based information that I am passionate about to be shared to many other practitioners, which in turn helps many more clients feel better.

What to expect:

Consultations are unique and personal.

An initial discussion will be had about why you have come to see me and what your concerns are.

I will then use a variety of techniques to help you so that we can allow your life to feel lighter, brighter and easier.

 

Every session is different as we allow emotions to surface, transforming how you feel, and layer by layer feeling more like you.

 

Sessions: face to face last between 1-1/12hours or online 1 hour.

There is no set expectation as to how many sessions are needed, however, generally people begin to start feeling a difference after three sessions-if there has been a very long standing issue it may take longer.
