Welcome to Tranquil Body Balance, a different way to heal and approach life. 

Zoe see clients who have reached a point in their life where they need change. They may have tried different avenues already, but they just want to feel better in every way- wanting to regain control of their lives, rediscover themselves, reconnect with their purpose ad restore their well being.

Through a gentle nurturing process, Zoe and her clients look at their life and see what might need mending or releasing (health, family pressures, old patterns, traumas and beliefs). She then begins to replace them with something positive, light and loving. using many different techniques she has learnt over the years.

 

As the layers begin to lift, a renewed sense of clarity, confidence, and inner calm emerges.

Zoe's space is a chance to heal, to rediscover your light, and to reconnect with the wisdom of your soul.

A little bit about Zoe

My name is Zoe and I am an experienced sound and energy practitioner and teacher, with over 25 years’ experience in various complementary therapies. I started my career as an adult nurse and love to blend my medical knowledge with my complementary knowledge.

My work is rooted in the belief that if we can address the deep layers of emotional issues that true healing can occur.

 

Rather than simply treating symptoms, we work together to bring harmony to the whole being — mind, body, and spirit.

Over the years, I’ve woven together my professional knowledge, intuitive understanding, and compassionate care to create a unique and deeply nurturing way of working. Each session provides a safe, held space where you can gently release, let go, and reconnect with your true essence leaving you feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced — emotionally, physically, and spiritually, and with a sense of connection to self. 

I am also a teacher for Sound Courses- both for Kinesiologists and non Kinesiologist, energy courses and Touch For Health Synthesis.

I am passionate about sharing accurate, evidence-based knowledge in a way that is both inspiring and practical. My aim is to empower students to work confidently with sound and energy, blending skill with heart, science with spirit and continue their own journey of discovery and healing.

When you step into this work, you step into a world of transformation — one that restores balance, renews your energy, and helps you remember who you truly are. It is not only exciting, but incredibly rewarding.

What to expect:

Each consultation is a deeply personal and unique experience, created just for you. Sessions take place in a calm and nurturing space in my private studio in Mayfield TN20.

We begin with a gentle conversation about your concerns and intentions. This may include present-day challenges, emotions from childhood, or even ancestral patterns that continue to influence your wellbeing. From there, you’ll be invited to lie down or sit comfortably, allowing yourself to fully relax and receive.

Using intuitive guidance and energetic awareness, I connect with your body’s wisdom to discover what it wishes to release or heal — in its own perfect order. Each session is different, flowing gently as emotions and energies surface and transform. Layer by layer, you let go of the heavy unwanted baggage you are carrying and begin to reconnect with your true self — feeling healthier, lighter, calmer, and more at peace.

You’ll often receive some simple home practices or reflections to support your integration and healing between sessions. These are gentle invitations to deepen your awareness and continue nurturing yourself — empowering you to take an active, caring role in your own journey of transformation.

Session details:

  • In-person sessions: 1–1¼ hours

  • Online sessions: 1 hour

There’s no fixed number of sessions required. Many clients begin to feel shifts immediately increasingly within the first three sessions, while deeper, long-standing patterns of trauma may take longer to unravel.

Clients often choose to continue regular sessions as part of their ongoing self-care — a time to realign, recharge, and stay in balance.

 

When we continue to tend to our energy and emotions, we strengthen our resilience to stress and awaken a deeper sense of joy, clarity, and harmony within.
